Broccoli-Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups grapes, halved (purple grapes add great color!)
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli, cut in varied sizes
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 16 slices veggie bacon, crisp
  • 1 cup golden raisins, expanded
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds (reserve 1/4 cup)
  • 1 cup Best Foods Just 2 Good mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 package fructose

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse and cut all veggies. Put the raisins in HOT water and let them expand while you finish the preparation. Add ingredients, one by one into a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup of the almonds and mix the remaining ingredients. Let the salad sit overnight to marry the flavors. Before serving, top with remaining almonds. Viola! (sic)
