Ingredients
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup Indonesian sweet (or thick) soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp. finely grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried crushed chilies
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
Preparation
Step 1
Process first 7 ingredients in food processor for about 5 seconds until foamy.
With motor runni8ng, add cooking oil in thin stream through hole in lid until well combined. Pour into jar. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
Shake well, drizzle over salad.
