Ingredients

    box Ducan Hines yellow cake mix

  • 1

    box Jello instant vanilla pudding (small mix)

  • ¾ c oil

  • ¾ c water

  • 4

    whole eggs

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

  • Dry Mix:

  • ½ c sugar

  • 2

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1

    c chopped pecans

  • Drizzle:

  • 1

    c powdered sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon melted butter or margarine

  • 3

    tablespoon milk

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 2 glass loaf pans – approximately 5” x 8 ¾“ Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Spray loaf pans with Bakers Joy and line bottom of the pans with wax paper cut to fit. Be sure to do this or it will stick. Mix all the cake ingredients in an electric mixer on low. Stir together the dry mix and put ¼ c in each pan on top of wax paper. Put the rest into cake batter that has been poured into pans. Stir mix with knife into batter. Bake at 350 degrees. After cake has been cooled, mix the drizzle ingredients and drizzle over top of baked, cooled coffee cakes.
