Chicken Sausage with Veggies

Ingredients

  • 4 links chicken sausage (pork free)
  • 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 T grapeseed oil
  • 2 T raw or organic butter
  • garlic powder & black pepper to taste
  • 2 T feta cheese (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cut up sausages into slices and cook for about 10 minutes. Add vegetables and cook about 5 minutes more.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper and feta cheese.
