Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • frozen pie crusts 2 deep dish
  • cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • frozen mixed vegetables 1 bag
  • chicken 2 cups cooked and cubed
  • onion 1 small chopped
  • garlic 1 teaspoon minced
  • pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°
Take pie shells out of freezer, separate and thaw for 10 minutes
Defrost vegetables in microwave
Saute onion in a little olive oil
Mix chicken, vegetables, onion, garlic, soup, and milk in a large bowl
Pour mixture into a pie shell top with the other pie shell. Pinch edges together, trim off excess, poke holes in top crust
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until crusts are browned

Pie can be frozen after cooled.
