Sausage Bake

Ingredients

• Brown, drain and put in dish:
• 1/2 # sausage
• small green pepper
• small onion
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• Mix until frothy:
• 3 eggs
• 1 C cream (or 2/3 milk)
• 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bake for 40 minutes at 350 °F
