Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 450*
Generously grease six 6 oz. Custard cups
Mix all ingredients with hand beater just until smooth
( do not over beat) fill cups 1/2 full

Bake 20 minutes at 450*
Reduce heat to 350* bake 20 minutes longer
Immediately remove from cups. Serve hot
