Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz.) FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 4 (5 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 egg whites, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

CRUSH French Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.

DIP chicken into egg whites; then coat with onion crumbs.

BAKE 20 min. at 400°F until no longer pink in center.
