Ingredients

  • 1 (4 ounce) pouch Idahoan Hash Browns
  • 1/2 cup diced veggie ham
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Pour hash browns into a separate container with 2 cups boiling water. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes and then drain.

Mix all ingredients and place in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 F.
