Ingredients
- 1 - egg slightly beaten
- 1 - 2.5 ounce package very thinly sliced corned beef, chopped
- 1/3 - cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 - cup soft rye bread crumbs (about 1/2 slice)
- 1/2 - teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/4 - teaspoon salt
- 1 - pound lean ground beef
- 1 - large red onion, sliced
- 4 - Kaiser rolls, split
- 3 - tablespoons horseradish mustard

Step 1
In medium bowl, combine egg, corned beef, cabbage, bread crumbs, caraway seeds, and salt. Add ground beef, mix well.
