Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 2 Tbsp. Karo syrup (light)
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. rum or whiskey (bourbon)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, sugar, nuts and cocoa. Add syrup and rum. Mix well and shape into small balls. Roll in 1/2 c. powdered sugar.
