Brown jug soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cups water
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed low sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound light processed cheese, cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Directions
1.In a large soup pot, bring broth and water to a boil.
2.Add all the vegetables, fresh and frozen, to the pot. Simmer for 30 minutes.
3.Stir in cream of mushroom soup. Add cheese, and mix until melted. Serve.
