Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 1 C Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put in buttered baking dish and bake at 350 °F until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve cold or hot. Serve with crackers.
