Pineapple Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbls white vinegar
  • 1 Tbls prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbls soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and blend well. Use the marinade immediately or store in airtight jar in refrigerator for up to 1 month. Allow the mixture to come to room temp before using.

Marinate country-style ribs for 3-4 hours or chicken for 2-4 hours.
