Marinated Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onion (dry)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 1 jar pimente
  • 1 can cora
  • 1 can peas (lucrene)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Wisson Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Boil mixture of 1 cup sugar, 1 cup vinegar and 3/4 cup wisson oil and pour over vegetables while hot.
