crockpot pepper steak stew

Ingredients
* 1 pound lean beef round steak
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 teaspoons dried oregano
* non stick cooking spray
* 1 14-ounce can no salt added diced tomatoes
* 3 tablespoons tomato paste
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 red pepper, cut into strips
* 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
* 1 small zucchini, cut into cubes
* 1 onion, diced
* 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Trim any fat from meat. Cut meat into one inch pieces. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Add meat to a non-stick coated pan and cook on both sides until brown. Transfer to a slow cooker.
2. Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Top with veggies.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours.
