Baked Turkey Meatballs

  • 3 turkey thighs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 C bread crumbs
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 sp dried garlic powder



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

On the day ahead, grind the meat from the turkey thighs. Refrigerate until ready to use. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape and roll the mixture into balls about 1.5" in diameter.
Place on silicone sections of my meatball pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
