  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • TOPPING:
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Combine first ing.
  • Press into SPRING LOAD PAN
  • SET ASIDE
  • FILLING:
  • Mix on speed 6
  • Gradually pour milk into mixer
  • ADD the next ing.
  • Gradually turn speed to 4
  • Mix about 1 minute
