- Seasoning Suggestions:
- 4 catfish fillets
- salt and paprika; salt and lemon pepper; seasoned salt; salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Step 1
A nonstick skillet is a must for this dish.
1. Heat skillet on medium-high heat
2. Add seasoned fish and sauté, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes.
3. Turn over and cook other side for 6-8 minutes. The fish will be crisp and sometimes blackened, depending on the seasoning used.
4. Remove fish from skillet and place on serving plate.
5. Lower heat and add lemon juice.
6. Stir to make sauce, then strain over fish.
