Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cans of Corn ( Drained)
- 8 oz of light cream cheese
- 1 jalapeno - diced (seeded)
- 1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- cilantro
- 4 oz of diced green chilies
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a skillet - med/low heat - combine - cream cheese, corn, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and chilies
2. Allow to heat for a few minutes - once the cream cheese has melted a good deal - fold everything together in the pan
3. Add a pinch of cilantro and mix
4. Place in a bowl - top with some cilantro and corn
5. Enjoy
