Light Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

What I really like to do is to make simple semi-homemade cocktials that have all the wonderful flavors of a homemade cocktail, but can be made in a snap. These super simple strawberry daiquiris are made in a snap with Barcidi’s new Light Strawberry Daiquiri mix, a few frozen strawberries and a handful of ice. That’s it – it’s too easy.

Ingredients

• 1 cup Bacardi Light
• Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 cup ice
• mint leaves for garnish
• lime slices for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Add Bacardi strawberry Daiquiri mix, frozen strawberries and ice to blender. Bend on high until ice is crushed and mixture is smooth.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
