Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 2 - 3 servings
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (easy)
- 1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. Kecap Manis
- 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pinch of sugar or honey
- Maldon salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. white and black sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
* Pick through the sugar snap peas to remove any that aren't perfect. Remove and discard the stem end and the string from each pod. Rinse well and cut diagonally into 2 or 3 pieces each. Toss with the dressing ingredients and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, mix in sesame seeds.
