Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds
- 1/2 pound bean sprouts
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- sesame seeds
- half package chow mein noodles
- 1 package Ichiban noodles, broken in pieces
- 1 package Ichiban soup
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, or to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cabbage, green onions, almonds, bean sprouts and mushrooms. Top with sesame seeds, chow mein noodles and ichiban noodles.
At the last minute, combine dressing ingredients, pour over salad, and toss gently.
