Cherry Cherry Chocolate Dots

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 tsp marashino cherry liquid
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 4 drops red food coloring
  • 2-1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup marashino cherries chopped and drained
  • 48 chocolate kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Blend sugar, butter, cherry liquid, almond extract and food coloring.
Add flour and salt.
Stir in chopped cherries

Form into 1" balls, and place on ungreased baking sheets - 2" apart.

Bake at 350F 8 to 10 minutes. Top with chocolate kisses.
