Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Bourbon
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 pounds Boneless Pork Roast

Preparation Instructions
Place all ingredients except pork in the slow cooker, add pork, and turn to coat pork in the sauce. Put the lid on and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 7 hours. Remove pork from the sauce to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Return shredded pork to slow cooker and cook an additional hour. Serve!
