Easy Caramel Pecan Rolls

These Easy Caramel Pecan Rolls are absolutely amazing! They are quick and simple. And you don't have to wait for the bread to rise which takes hours! Tip: You can use dark corn syrup instead of light, you may have to use a little extra milk if dough is to dry
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecan halves (optional)
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 4 cups Original Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Heat the oven to 400°F.
Mix pecans, 2/3 cup brown sugar, the corn syrup, and 1/4 cup butter in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches; spread to cover the bottom of pan. Set aside.
Stir Bisquick and milk until dough forms; beat 20 strokes.
Turn onto surface dusted with Bisquick. Gently roll in Bisquick. Shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Roll dough into 15x9-inch rectangle. Spread 2 tablespoons butter over dough. mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Roll up dough tightly, beginning at 15 inch side. Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. Cut into twelve 1 1/4 inch slices. Arrange with cut sides down on mixture in pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately turn rolls upside down on heat proof platform. I used a cookie sheet. Serve warm.
