Peanut Butter 'n Jelly Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1 chocolate crumb crust (9 in.)
  • 1/2 c. strawberry preserves
  • 2 c. whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Spoon into crust. Top with preserves and whip0ped topping. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
