Ingredients

  • 5 cups purple cabbage, grated
  • 5 carrots, grated
  • 1 cup grapeseed oil grapeseed oil vegenaise
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine grated cabbage and carrots in a large bowl
Mix in Vegenaise, apple cider vinegar and agave and toss well
Add salt and mix again
Serve
