Ingredients
- 1 lb. meat
- Large onion chopped (2 cups)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- OR 2 tsp. Louis Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c tomato sauce or 1/4 - 1/2 c ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Fry meat, drain and set aside
Fry larger onion (2 cups) add to above.
Combine additional ingredients and add to meat mixture. Cook till heated through, and ingredients have combined.
