Jean's Hot Dog Chili

Ingredients

• 1 lb. meat
• Large onion chopped (2 cups)
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. cumin
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
• OR 2 tsp. Louis Hot Sauce
• 2 tsp. chili powder
• 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 c tomato sauce or 1/4 - 1/2 c ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Fry meat, drain and set aside
Fry larger onion (2 cups) add to above.
Combine additional ingredients and add to meat mixture. Cook till heated through, and ingredients have combined.
