Ingredients
- 1 bag (32oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 lb bacon diced, cooked and drained OR
- 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a layer of bacon or ham, then cheese. Repeat layers two or three more times ending with cheese.
2. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over layered mixture in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
