Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar (1 pound) RAGÚ® Cheesy! Double Cheddar Sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 425°F. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in Ragú Cheesy! Double Cheddar Sauce, mustard and, if desired, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until heated through.
When making mashed potatoes, use Idaho or all-purpose potatoes for marvelous flavor and texture. Heat the milk before adding it--this minimizes any starchiness.
