Ingredients

  • Fudge Sauce:
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c mini marshmellows
  • Crust:
  • Chocolate graham crackers
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 carton vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Fudge Sauce: melt over low heat until thickened, then add 1 cup of mini marshmellows; Let cool

Line pie pan with crumbled chocolate graham crackers and 1/2 stick melted butter

Add ice cream to pie crust and top with fudge sauce.
