- 1 small avocado, peeled and cubed (1/4 cup)
- 1 green chili pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp grated lime peel
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Assorted cut fresh vegetables, such as celery, cauliflower, or cucumber
- Whole wheat pita triangles (to make cut pita in triangles and bake 350 degrees until lightly browned
