Bacon Chicken Ranch Taquitos

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups pre-cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 packet (1 ounce) dry Ranch Dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 20 (6-inch) flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Mix together the cream cheese, chicken, bacon, cheese, and ranch seasoning mix in a large bowl until combined.

3. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons on the mixture onto a tortilla and roll the tortilla up. Place the taquito seam side down on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and greased with cooking spray. Repeat until the chicken mixture is finished. Spray the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping.
