Ingredients
- 15 oz pkg refrigerated pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp butter - melted
Preparation
Step 1
Unroll and stack piecrusts. Ross or press together. Fit into 9" pie pan.
Beat cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and salt at medium speed. Pour into pie crust, sprinkle with pecans.
Stir together corn syrup, melted butter, remaining 3 eggs, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, remaining 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over pecans.
Bake 350F for 50 to 55 minutes or till set.
