Jerk Chicken Wich

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs
  • 9 grain ciabatta buns
  • jerk aioli (mayo with jerk marinade)
  • Mango/pineapple salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate the chicken thighs in jerk sauce overnight.

Cook, covered for 1 hour. Shred chicken.

Serve on bun with aioli topped with salsa and shredded lettuce.
