Rice Pudding

  • 2 Eggs, Separated
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 2 C of Milk
  • 1 C cooked Rice
  • 1 Tbsp of Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 C Raisins
  • 2 Tbsp of 10X Sugar
  • 1/8 Tsp nutmeg



Step 1

Preheat Oven at 325 Degrees

Beat Egg Yolks. Mix in Milk and Sugar. Stir Rice into mixture. Mix in Butter and Raisins. Pour into Buttered one Quart Dish. Beat Egg Whites until Frothy. Beat in 10X Sugar. Spread on top of Rice Mixture. Sprinkle with Nutmeg. Bake for 30 Minutes.
