Ingredients

  • 32 oz Sauerkraut, rinsed
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Onions, chopped
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 4 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1 LB Corned Beef slice thin & chop
  • 1 1/3 Cups Thousand Island Dressing
  • 6 Slices Rye Bread, cut into 1 in cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sauerkraut with parsley and onions. Melt butter. Layer as follows in UNGREASED 13x9 pan:
Sauerkraut mixture, ½ of the dressing, ½ of the cheese, all of the corned beef, remaining dressing and cheese.
Toss bread crumbs with melted butter to coat. Sprinkle evenly over casserole.

BAKE 375 25 MINUTES OR TIL BROWN & BUBBLY
