Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 8 x 8 baking dish with a cut piece of parchment paper.
In your Kitchen Aid mixer, combine all of the dry ingredients and mix.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter on low.
Turn off heat and add the Nutella, honey, oil, vanilla and water.
Using a small whisk, combine well.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and combine.
Pour mixture into the baking dish and with the back of a large spoon, press into the baking dish evenly.
Bake 28-30 minutes.
It may look soft, but it will firm up as it cools.
Cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
