Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar, divided
- 1 TBS all purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 9" unbakes pie shell
- 2 TBS butter
- 1 TBS orange zest
- 3/4 cup pecan halves

Step 1
1) Combine eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, glour, pices and salt. Blend in pumpkin. Gradually add milk; mix well.
2) Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven 10 mins. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bak 40 - 50 mins longer.
3) Meanwhile, in a med bowl, combine butter, orange zest, 1/4 cup brown sugar and pecans. Mix thoroughly.
4) Sprinkle pecan mixture over pie the last 10 mins before removing from the oven.
