Ingredients
- 1 Bag Food Loin Salt & Pepper Pork Skins
- 2 Bone/Skinless Chicken Brest Washed & Dried
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1 C Light Cream
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place Skins, Salt & Pepper in Gallon Ziplock Bag, Use Rolling Pen Until Crushed Like Crumbs.
Roll Chicken in Skins, Dip in Cream, Roll in Skins, Dip in Eggs & Roll in Skins.
Large Skillet, High Heat, Canola Oil, Fry Chicken Until Golden Brown or 180F.
Place on Brown Paper Bag to Drain.
