Ingredients

• 1/2 C of soft Butter
• 4 C of sifted 10X Sugar
• 1/2 C of Cocoa
• 1/2 C Evaporated Milk
• 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix/beat until fluffy.
