Ingredients
- 11/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 T. Sugar
- 3 T. Butter
- 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese softened
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 t.grated lemon peel
- 1/4 t. Vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Stir together graham cracker crumbs,2 T. Sugar.Mix in 3 T. Melted butter,mix well.Press mixture evenly in bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake 10 min. Cool.
Reduce oven temp. to 300. Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Gradually add 1 c. Sugar, beat until fluffy. Add lemon peel and vanilla. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Pour over cooled crumb mixture.
Bake about 1 hr. or until center is firm. Cool to room temp. Spread with sour cream. Chill at least 3 hours.Loosen edge of cheese cake with knife before removing side of pan.
