Ginger Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C Dijon
  • 3 T Brown Sugar
  • 2 T Rice Vinegar
  • 1 t Dry Mustard
  • 1/3 C EVOO
  • 1 T Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 2 T Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 T Fresh Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mix All Dry Ingredients in Blender, Slowly Add EVOO.

Refrigerate 2-3 Hours.

Add to Cooked Salmon, Fish, etc.
