Ingredients

  • Chocolate Cake
  • 60 g butter, softened
  • 1 ⁄3 cup sugar
  • 1 ⁄4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ⁄4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 ⁄3 cup water
  • 1 1⁄4 cups Bakels Gluten Free Health Baking Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in water. Sift Bakels Gluten Free Health Baking Mix and cocoa powder and stir in to combine. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon mixture into well greased and lined Ring tin. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until done. Leave in tin for 10 minutes before turning onto a cooling rack. Ice with chocolate icing or dust with gluten free icing sugar if desired.
