Honey Glazed Chicken
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/8 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 1/2 lb chicken pieces
For immediate cooking: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix butter, soy sauce and honey. Place chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over. Turn chicken to coat. Bake until chicken juices are clear about 45 minutes for chicken pieces and 25 minutes for breast.
For freezing: Place all ingredients in a gallion freezer bag. Lay flat to freeze.
To thaw: Place bag in refrigerator overnight.
For the over: Dump bag into a baking dish and bake as directed above.
For crockpot: Dump bag into crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours.
On the grill: Remove chicken from marinade and cook over medium heat until juices run clear. Watch carefully, they burn easily.
