Pizza Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's Italian tomato sauce
• 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
• parsley flakes, a pinch
• oregano, a pinch
• Italian seasoning, a pinch
• Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1/4 c. sauce, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, 1 egg, ground beef, and seasonings well. Put some sauce on top of meat loaf. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Last 5 minutes sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese on top of the meat loaf. Heat left over sauce on top of the stove or microwave. Sometimes I heat an extra can of sauce so we have lots of it.
