Porridge for One

Preparation time 5mins
Using a mug (250ml) add half a mug of porridge oats to a pan followed by one mug of water and a pinch of salt. Heat and continuously stir until porridge thickens with a creamy texture. Once thickened pour mixture into a bowl.
Add extra ingredients of your choice from golden syrup or honey to fresh fruit, nuts or seeds.
