Ingredients
- 1 - 14 ounce can Artichoke Hearts
- 1 cup Mayo (Hellman's)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Dash of garlic powder or garlic salt

Step 1
Thoroughly drain artichoke hearts. (I squeezed the moisture out). Chop the artichokes or put them in a food processor. Combine all ingredients. Place in small greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, uncovered. Serve hot with crackers or tortillas. (Another recipe called for green chilies.
