I love this recipe because it can be left in a bowl so the bruchetta does not get soggy. People can make their own as they wish.
large tomatoes - diced
cloves garlic - minced
black olives - minced
cup balsamic vinegar
cup olive oil
Salt/pepper to taste
French bread loaf, buttered, sprinkled with parmesan or romano cheese and broiled unitl browned.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
